Primer tiempo / First course

Tostada de pato confitado con mermelada de elote chamuscado.

Opción vegetariana: Tostada de zetas al pibill.

Duck confit tostada with charred corn marmalade.

Vegetarian option: Pibill zetas tostada.

Segundo tiempo / Second course

Sopa de lima con camarón y mejillón.

Opción vegetariana: Sopa de lima con vegetales.

Lime soup with shrimp and mussels

Vegetarian option: Lime soup with vegetables

Tercer tiempo / Third course

Chamorro de cerdo o pollo (pechuga) con salsa de ciruela y espárragos asados a la leña.

Opción vegetariana: Ravioles rellenos de risotto de coliflor, salsa de mantequilla quemada y epazote.

Pork or chicken (breast) chamorro with plum sauce and fire roasted asparagus.

Vegetarian option: Ravioli filled with cauliflower risotto in burnt butter sauce and epazote.

Crema catalana de elote y queso de bola.

Catalan cream of corn and Edam cheese.
